Reservation policy: Our spa and salon services are guaranteed with a credit card number at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment.

Cancellation policy: As a courtesy to other guests and our team members, we ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or change spa packages or multiple services and 24 hours notice to cancel or change an individual service. If you do need to change or cancel your appointments within the required 48 or 24 hour period, you will be responsible for 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to cancel or show up for your appointment will result in 100% charge for all scheduled services and/or packages.
