In the weeks since Transition has been closed, we have been blessed to hear from so many of you. We appreciate your disappointment and even your anger and frustration over your loss, but mostly we touched by your kind words, encouragement and prayers.

You will find the whereabouts of your favorite service providers by clicking on our “What’s New” page. We will continue to update the information about your service provider and where he/she is working as information is provided to us.
